Graduated with honors, Frida holds a Bachelor degree in Organizational Psychology by the Universidad Iberoamericana at Mexico City. In her early years, Frida worked for transnational companies in both massive consumer and pharmaceutical industries (Merck, Sharp & Dohme, Kendle Inc, Samsung Electronics and Coca Cola FEMSA), holding positions where she contributed to develop new procedures, strategies and creative solutions to the challenges of all soft HR issues (OD, Training, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communication).
After several years, Frida started to focus in Training. Developing group sessions and Individual coaching, she helps people to learn and enhance their soft skills. As she thinks Human Development is available for everyone, she loves to help and guide others to find out the very best of theirselves.
